Profitability study and risk analysis
Having a thorough knowledge of the sector, we analyse the particular criteria of location. The temporal analysis, study of market sentiment, the investment strategies / economic and financial profitability are analysed, as well as the associated risks, to finally select those assets that better fit the desired investment profile
Negotiation and contracting
